Today’s recommendation is “Hachinos”! @ Shinjuku Omoide Yokocyo Sakaba Jonestu Horumon
The “Hachinos”, so named because of its beehive-like appearance, is actually the second stomach of the cow.
Its crispy texture makes it a popular part of the cow, used in a variety of dishes in both East and West.
At Jounetsu Horumon, it is mainly used in the grilled menu, but is also used in dishes such as ‘motsu nimono’ and ‘today’s jar of horumon’.
